Better late than never, right?! ; )
It's been a busy year for me {and it's still January} !
I've just completed a kitchen remodel ... and quite frankly, after a month of doing it, I will be happy not to eat out again for a very long time! I didn't realize how much I'd miss my stove, microwave, and running water until I was forced to live without them. Hug your appliances!!
It's good to be back in business ...

Didn't know you were dealing with a mess of that nature! Glad that it's now over!!! Was this by choice or necessity?
Jan - It was by a little of both (choice and necessity). So glad it's over! It's nice to have a kitchen again!! : )
