Here's a quick and easy ice cream dessert recipe that my friend, Teri, shared with me.
Ice Cream Sandwich Dessert
1 box ice cream sandwiches
2 containers (8-ounce size) Cool Whip topping
1 jar (12-ounce size) caramel ice cream topping
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1 Heath candy bar, chopped
Arrange ice cream sandwiches in a 9” x13” baking dish (cut some of the sandwiches, if needed, in order to cover the bottom of the dish). Pour caramel topping over the ice cream sandwiches. Spread evenly with Cool Whip. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Sprinkle chopped candy bar on top. Cover and freeze 3 hours or until firm.
